This foaming machine adopts PLC programmable controller and touch screen with automatic feeding, automatic temperature control and quantitative pressure-feed, realizing full automatic production; High quality closed constant pressure foaming has high thermal efficiency, save steam more 50% than continuous foaming machine; adopts imported high-precision pneumatic control, making the temperature control in ±1％, EPS beads achieves consistent, the moisture content is extremely low; Correct feeding way makes the foam bead density uniformly.
