Chain Elevator

The chain elevator consists of driving device, tension device, passive roller, conveyor belt, hopper and body, etc. It is the most universal equipment of vertical elevator molding sand, it has compact structure and is convenient to maintain, the lifting height can be selected according to required need, therefore, is it is widely used in LFC sand processing system.

The chain elevator adopts metal chain transmission chain, because all machine is metal structure, the high temperature resistant performance is stronger. When applying LFC process to shake out the casting, the sand temperature that touched casting can be as high as 6000 ℃ above, even the temperature of molding sand that be sent to bucket elevator after shakeout and screening is up to about 400 ℃. Under this temperature, LFC molding sand processing system mostly adopt the chain elevator per level.
